Ronald has presented over 4000 workshops to an incredible range of national and international military, corporate, healthcare, and religious organizations.

Ronald is a published co-author of two books, Roadmap to ORSA, teaching the eight disciplines of planning and leading change and Leadership: Helping Others to Succeed with Dr. Warren Bennis.

Ronald holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and earned his Masters’ degree in Organizational Communication. Ronald utilized 4 years of original corporate research for his Masters’ thesis, The epistemic basis for teamwork and worker satisfaction.
