Ronald has presented over 4000 workshops to an incredible range of national and international military, corporate, healthcare, and religious organizations.

Ronald is a published co-author of two books, Roadmap to ORSA, teaching the eight disciplines of planning and leading change and Leadership: Helping Others to Succeed with Dr. Warren Bennis.

Ronald holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and earned his Masters’ degree in Organizational Communication. Ronald utilized four years of original corporate research for his Masters’ thesis, The epistemic basis for teamwork and worker satisfaction.
